Background

I'm starting this blog to keep track and to record the number of times random people, complete strangers, come up to me to tell me that they are certain they know me from somewhere. This has happened so often that it is really strange and worth questioning. It has happened in California, in North Carolina, in Las Vegas, in New York, in Florida - so it's not regional. Why I think it's unusual is because I'm Hungarian, I was born there, my parents were born there and so we all look European. I certainly don't have a typical [insert region] look. So where is it that they know me from???
